How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can view your tracking number and shipping progress in your account page or directly on the carrier’s website.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Orders may take up to 5 business days to process.
All domestic orders will deliver within 7 business days after shipping.
Free shipping and returns are available in Canada.
International Shipping
Orders may take up to 5 business days to process.
All international orders will deliver via standard air within 7 business days after shipping.
International shipping is $15 CAD.
My order is lost
If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours.

Return Policy
Counting from the day your order is delivered, we offer a 30-day return window.
The product must be in its original condition, suitable for resale.
Upon receipt and quality check, the refund will be issued within 5 business days.
