Domestic Orders (Canada)
Shipping is free for all orders within Canada.
International Orders
International shipping incurs a $15 CAD charge. Import fees may incur.
Shipping Processing

Once your payment has been successfully processed and your order prepared for shipping - a process that typically takes 1 to 2 business days - your order will be dispatched from our warehouse. Shipping processing may take up to 5 business days.
Products may sometimes be shipped directly from our city of manufacturing in China, this is done to reduce shipping delays when products are out of stock in our Canadian warehouse, and also to reduce shipping costs for regions outside of Canada.
As soon as your package is on its way, a unique tracking number will be assigned to your shipment. If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, this period is the window.
You will promptly receive an email notification containing this tracking number. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time. Simply visit our website and enter your tracking number in the designated field in our 'Track Your Order' section. This tool will provide you with the most current updates on your order's location and estimated delivery date.
Please remember that the typical delivery period is 7 business days, though actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. During certain holidays and winter rush times, shipping may take up to 15 business days.
