Order processing may take up to 5 days. After processing, shipping may take up to 7 days, depending on inventory status. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships.

Shipping is free for domestic (Canada) orders, and $15 CAD for international orders.

Returns are free for domestic orders.
For international returns, the customer must arrange the shipment of the product back to us.
